How Guidevro handles information when you browse, buy a digital guide, or contact us.
Information we use
When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, subject and message to handle your request. For completed purchases, we keep the Stripe checkout reference, purchased guide, payment amount, currency, payment mode and dates. Stripe separately processes the billing and payment details you enter at checkout. Guidevro does not store full card numbers. If you sign in with ChatGPT, we use your account identifier and email to link purchases to your personal download library and apply an eligible welcome discount.
Why we use information
We use information to deliver purchases, verify download access, answer questions, resolve payment or download problems, protect the service and maintain transaction records. Submitting the contact form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Service providers
Our site uses hosting and storage providers, Stripe for payments, and, when connected, Resend to send contact notifications to our support inbox. Providers may process information outside your country. Guide creation uses AI tools in the owner’s studio; contact messages are not automatically submitted to those tools.
Cookies and measurement
We use necessary platform services for secure customer and owner sign-in and checkout. Our purchase ledger records payments verified with Stripe and campaign labels from tagged product links used at checkout. These labels help compare marketing sources; they do not track visits across devices. No third-party advertising pixel is enabled by this update. If advertising measurement is introduced, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated. Hosting and payment providers may keep security logs. The contact form temporarily stores a one-way, hourly-changing representation of your network address to limit spam; it does not store the raw address in the contact database.
Retention and your choices
We retain support messages while needed to handle inquiries and associated disputes, and purchase records for operational, accounting and legal requirements. Contact info@guidevro.com to request access, correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or to resolve an ongoing issue.
